Melissa. 17. This went from being a depression blog to a recovery blog, because I refuse to be another person engulfed in depression. I suffer from depression, an eating disorder, anxiety, panic attacks, paranoia, borderline personality disorder, bi-polar disorder, and self-harm. I don't know who I am, but everyday I learn something new. I let things get to me too easily. My disorders can only define me if I let them. Recovery IS Possible, but only if you believe.
